Are your eggs healthy? As you age, the quality and quantity of eggs produced decline, which can make your TTC journey more difficult. And age isn't the only factor that determines egg health. Some younger women have poorer egg quality, which can be caused by stress, poor diet, exposure to environmental toxins, and immune imbalances. But while there's no way to increase your egg count, recent scientific research suggests that egg quality can be improved. OvaBoost is a unique capsule that contains key ingredients that protect egg cells from the damaging effects of free radicals and help them produce the energy they need for successful conception and implantation. Inositol, folic acid, and melatonin are a combination of nutrients that are well known to support egg quality. Inositol is a vitamin-like sugar compound – commonly known as vitamin B8 – that supports egg quality and ovarian function.
